Anna Austin Art – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting Anna Austin Art and for supporting my artwork and classes.

Classes:
If a class is cancelled by Anna Austin Art, you will receive a full refund of the class fee. If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you (for example, by offering a credit toward a future class). Otherwise, class fees are non-refundable.

Original Artwork, Prints, Stickers and Other Art Products:
All sales of original artworks, prints, stickers and other art products are final. No returns or refunds are offered on these items. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event your art item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will review and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
